Lagos has been ranked as the 19th best city to visit in the world. That is according to the latest ranking released by popular British media and hospitality company, Time Out. Among other factors, Food, culture, nightlife, and access to green space, among others fetched Lagos the position on the ranking.
TimeOut said the ranking was as a result of a survey of over 20,000 city dwellers around the world. It added that, it relied on a partnership arrangement with a reputable research company, Potentia Insight to arrive at the ranking.
Cape Town in South Africa occupies the number one slot in Africa but number two on the global scale, coming after New York, USA. Berlin in Germany is number three, while Lagos sits at number 19, ahead of Melbourne, Australia; Naples, Italy; Singapore; Miami, US; Dubai, UAE; Beijing, China; Montreal, Canada, among others.
