POSITION: SENIOR PRODUCER (FULL-TIME)
LOCATION: LAGOS
QUALIFICATION: BA/BSc/HND
EXPERIENCE: 10+ YEARS

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Senior Producer with extensive experience in media and production. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and writing scripts
- Securing high-quality guests for interviews
- Coordinating interviews and outside productions
- Driving viewer engagement and increasing eyeballs
- Supervising associate producers and interns
- Preparing guests for live segments
- Suggesting innovative story ideas and concepts
- Overseeing all aspects of production from planning to execution
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven creative thinking ability to present news in engaging and fresh ways
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple elements of a show
- Excellent news judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to handle pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in production, with both field and control room experience
- Flexibility to work extended hours as required by the news cycle
