The All Progressives Congress (APC) conducted its local government primary elections across Lagos State on Saturday, May 10, 2025. The primaries, held at the party’s state secretariat on Acme Road, Ogba, aimed to select chairmanship and councillorship candidates ahead of the July 12 council polls.
While some local government areas (LGAs) and local council development areas (LCDAs) adopted consensus candidates, others proceeded with delegate voting. The process was largely peaceful, with party leaders emphasizing transparency and inclusivity.

- Ifako-Ijaiye Hamzat Usman won by 25 votes
- Igbogbo/Bayeku Olalekan Hamid won by 26 votes
- Ojokoro LCDA Rotice Yemisi won by 20 votes
- Kosofe LGA Ogunlewe Moyo won by 25 votes
- Ifelodun LCDA Olufemi Okeowo Akanbi won by 24 votes
- Ajeromi-Ifelodun Akindipe Olalekan won by 20 votes
- Surulere LGA Sulaiman Yusuf won by 26 votes
- Coker-Aguda Ogidan Azeez won by 25 votes
- Agboyi-Ketu Tola Oyedele won by 23 votes
