Rtean : Oba Suliamon remains Lagos state Chairman….
Sequel to the resolved crisis within the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria RTEAN , a union that lead to the creation of Lagos state Park and Garage Committe, the management of Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (Rtean ) Lagos state have make a U-turn and appoint the Oniba of Iba Kingdom, Oba Sulaimon Raji as the authentic chairman of the union in Lagos state .
In a meeting held at the union secretariat in Lagos on Wednesday which was chaired by the president Alhaji Musa Mai takobi stated that the union have resolved all crisis with the states across Nigeria , that is why we came to Lagos state to restore our operation and continue to serve the people and the government of the day ,
Lagos state is a unique state that can not be cut of from the system, so we need re dedicate our service to the people in Lagos state and also make use of the existing structure to strive and keep peace thank Allah for our able Oba Suliamon and his team who have maintained that peace in the system, we will continue to work with them and continue that relationship ” .
Meanwhile, the newly re elected chairman of the union also advise his supporters to be pro active in the discharge of their duties , he called on the union to keep that existing relationship with the people and the government also other unions , he assured them of a peaceful operative environment and discipline within and outside the union , he urged them to go back to their garages and do the needful as usual so as to make the union continue in peace and Harmony.
Oba Suliamon Raji , Oniba of Iba Kingdom was a man who rose from the secretary of the union to attain a greater role both in the custodian of the People and the Road Transport Employers Association, Lagos state .
