Judiciary system deserve a better package at the discharge of their duties at the palace of justice in the states as stakeholders have task the government in all level.
Lagos state lawmaker Hon Oladipupo Ajomale, member representating Oshodi Isolo constituency 2 , also chairman house committe for judiciary, ethics and Lasiec, regret the operational system of judiciary in the state and Federal level of the government
Hon Ajomale decried the poor state of the justices , magistrate and also the lawyers in the system as he advised that justice should be well taking care by state and Federal government,so as to have the right frame of mind to render judgment.
” you can not blame the poor attitude of the justice and magistrate in the court , their welfare package is very poor which can encourage corruption in the system, it also give way to poor delivery of judgment in our courts “.
The lawmaker also urged the government to adopt a system that will give the justice more take home pay that will discourage irregularities and conflicts judgment.
As chairman house committe for Lasiec , hon Ajomale have promised to restate sanity in the part of the umpire and staff of Lasiec as everyone irrespective of the political parties will have a sense of belonging in the proposed Local Government Election due to take place in 2025, he said
As a legislator I have seen a great task ahead of us , in reviving our Electoral commission , setting a legislative paste that will encourage confidence in our policy , I don’t believe in selective policy but a policy that will encourage primaries with the umpire that will deliver the right result , yet we can not infringe in the political party method of establishing their candidate “.
