The Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) is reminding all residents of Ilaro Ward 1, Yewa South Local Government Area that the bye-election to fill the vacant councillorship seat will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
This is contained in a statement issued in Abeokuta on Wednesday by Babatunde Osibodu,
Chairman, OGSIEC.
According to Osibodu, the exercise is scheduled to hold between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
” During this period, vehicular movement within the Ward will be restricted.
” Residents are urged to comply with all rules and regulations guiding the electoral process.
” Security personnel will be fully deployed to maintain peace and order throughout the exercise,” he said.
