Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Mudashiru Obasa voted at approximately 10:30 AM in the ongoing Local Government election at Polling Unit 019, located at Ward E, Olaniron Close, Agege.
After casting his ballot, Obasa spoke confidently about his party’s expected success in the ongoing local government elections.
Though not contesting in this election, Obasa expressed his strong belief in his party’s chances of victory in Agege. Speaking to the media, he encouraged residents of Agege to come out and vote in large numbers, emphasizing the crucial role their participation would play in shaping the future of their local government.
“This is an important day for the people of Agege,” Obasa said. “I’m confident that our party will emerge victorious, but we need the people to turn out and make their voices heard. This is the only way we can ensure we continue on the path of progress.”
He further assured his supporters that all necessary preparations had been made to ensure a smooth voting process. “Victory is in sight, and we are ready to continue our work in bringing more development to Agege,” he added.
