The Ogun State Security Network Agency (Amotekun Corps) have assured residents of the state of adequate security during and after the Eid-el-kabir celebration.
This is contained in a statement issued in Abeokuta on Friday by the Corps Commander, Brig. Gen. AI Adedigba.
Adedigba stated that the Amotekun Corps, along with other dedicated partners, would be actively present in neighborhoods, ensuring a secure environment for the celebrations.
He encouraged all indigenes, community leaders, organizations, and volunteers to join hands with the corps to foster an atmosphere of peace and joy through collaboration and vigilance during the period.
” Your concerns and observations matter deeply to us, and I assure you that the Amotekun Corps will be accessible and responsive to your needs throughout the celebration.
” I, therefore, urge everyone to embrace the spirit of “See something, say something.”

He prayed the festive season brought happiness, unity, abundance of blessings, and above all, safe and secured environment to all residents and citizens of the state.
