The paramount ruler Serik Fulani of Lagos state His Royal Highness Dr Abubakar Bambado II have called on the Arewa Communities to Maintain the peaceful atmosphere that have existed in time past in the Lagos and other south west states.
Hrh Dr Bambado II in his Palace at Surulere, On Sunday described the Arewa community as pride of the northern extradite in Lagos and other south west state, he said our people are not weak but strong to acclimatizing with any condition they found themselves.
Hence , Seriki Fulani of Lagos and Vice chairman Arewa council of chiefs in south west also explained the reason behind the unity of the community , he described it as an avenue to bring together their people to the consciousness of Lagos state activities as well as creating an impactful benefits to the arewa people in all aspect.
“We decided to unify our people again irrespective of their ethnic background, because our people are lacking behind in Lagos state when it comes to representation, so many things we don’t enjoy in Lagos due to disunity among our people , that is why we realized that without unity we will achieve nothing so we embarked on unifying our people both politically and Socially.
Furthermore, Seriki Fulani of Lagos Hrh Dr Abubakar Bambado II also urged the Arewa Communities to remain strong as more representation will be attained in due time , even as the government of the day continue redress issues that is Germain to the welfare of Arewa Communities across south west and Nigeria.
